CAN I KEEP MY SAME PHONE NUMBER?

Yes! We can port your number to AceWeb phone service. The transfers can take 48 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the speed of your current telephone provider.

IS THE CALL QUALITY CLEAR?

Very! In fact, many of our customers feel the qualify on our phone service is higher, and clearer, than their “old” provider.

SO I SWITCH TO YOU, AND MY BUSINESS PHONES JUST WORK?

No. You can purchase as many phones as you’d like from AceWeb (they just need to be connection to a router).

If you rather not purchase equipment from us, that’s ok too! Not many providers will say that – but we allow you to do it, no problem. The only thing, is we can not support that equipment you provide. We simply give you the settings. You can obtain help through your manual or contact the manufacturer, which will help you the rest of the way.

WHAT KIND OF INTERNET CONNECTION DO I NEED?

You will need any internet connection that gives you at least 128kbps x 128kbps (download x upload) speeds, per call. You can even have multiple calls at the same time, but multiple people in the home, however your bandwidth requirement will multiply by the number of callers. Therefore, 2 simultaneous calls require 256kbps x 256kbps etc. For a conversion: 1Mbps = 1,000kpbs.
