AceWeb does not directly support the Vialta DVD player and has provided the following walk-through as a convenience for you. If you experience problems with your setup please contact Vialta directly at 1 (877) 963-8383


1. After registration, the ViDVD player should restart itself , taking you to the System Menu. Choose ‘Setup Menu’ from there or press the ‘Setup’ key on your remote





2. You should be at the ‘Setup’ menu. Choose ISP and then ISP connection.





3. From the ‘ISP Connection Setup’ screen, choose ‘other ISP’. If you do not see this screen, just proceed to step four.





4. Enter your ISP’s username, password and the dialup number. Enter the DNS numbers:

Primary: 216.52.254.1
Secondary: 216.52.254.33


Next, click ‘Test’ to allow the ViDVD to authenticate with the server. If you get message ‘is this your ViZip account’, click No.





5. If everything goes well, you should get ‘The test successful. Would you like to save your ISP settings?’ message. Click ‘YES’ to save test data. You have just configured your ViDVD unit to use your ISP account. Your ViDVD player is now ready for the Internet using your own ISP.
