AceWeb E-Mail Support

EMAIL SUPPORT

Below you can find the most common settings you will need to setup your email program. Your email client may not ask for all of these settings, so don’t worry if it doesn’t.

We highly recommend to use the setup wizards that most email programs come with to properly setup your account. We also invite you to bypass the need for any additional software, and use our FREE WEBMAIL service by clicking on “CHECK EMAIL” at the top right of our menu. This is a fully functioning, email client, which you can use from any computer, anywhere in the world, and your e-mail is always available!

Also, SMTP Authentication will be tagged as “optional” – this is also wrong. You MUST fill out the user credentials as outlined above, or your device will not be able to send properly.
