BROADBAND SUPPORT

!Most Broadband issues can be resolved by doing a “power cycle”. We highly recommend doing this procedure before calling our support staff, as it will generally bring you back online.

To do a proper power cycle, you want to completely power down your Broadband modem and all computers attached to it. (We even recommend to pull the power out of the wall).

After you do so, leave all devices off for TWO FULL minutes, then turn your Broadband modem back on. Once your LINK, SYNC or Broadband light goes solid (which means you have a proper connection) turn your computer back on to see if your issue is resolved.
